As it does have mild swearing and actions that should be criminalize to 13 years and below. It might not appeal to them either asit contrasts the English way of life when you are in your adult hood.The things aged people would find amusing would probably be confusingfor a younger audience, so it would actually appeal to 14 years andabove as there would be more of an understanding.
